Meal Prep & Leftover Tips

Skillet Beef Stew: If you want to use a different cut of meat, chuck roast, sirloin, or even short ribs work well. Just adjust the cooking time as needed.

Boursin Mashed Potatoes: For truly fluffy, luxurious mashed potatoes, Yukon Golds are the way to go. If using Russet taters, they can absorb more liquid, so adjust accordingly. If you like more rustic style mash, opt for red potatoes.

Easy Green Salad: For the BEST flavor, season all the ingredients with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper BEFORE drizzling on the dressing.

Garlic Parmesan Skillet Rolls: There’s very little prep since we are not making homemade dough with yeast and flour. Just thaw the dough, melt the butter, toss in the cheese and herbs, then bake.

Sausage Egg Cheese Breakfast Muffins: This shortcut recipe is customizable — just add ingredients to match your cravings or make the most of what’s already in your kitchen!

Country Style Pork Ribs: Getting a good sear on the ribs is best way to impart extra flavor. I use a screaming hot cast iron skillet to brown the ribs. Work in batches so the ribs do not touch while searing the meat and fat.

Cranberry Pecan Slaw: Let the slaw rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can come together.

Blueberry Cobbler: Fresh peaches, raspberries, apples, cherries, or blackberries are great to use instead of blueberries.
