Meal Prep & Leftover Tips

Cheesy Ravioli Bake: For a lighter option, swap out the Italian sausage for ground chicken or turkey. Or leave out the meat altogether for a vegetarian dish!

Spinach Pear Salad: Keep those pear slices from browning with a quick dip in cold water with a splash of lemon or vinegar.

Garlic Knots: This easy recipe uses canned biscuits—any brand you like or have will work! I like to use larger biscuits when making the knots for dinner, and smaller ones for appetizers.

Baked mushrooms stuffed with breadcrumbs, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and herbs then sprinkled with shopped fresh parsley are the perfect finger food for any party.

Stuffed Mushrooms: You can make the mushrooms ahead of time, cover them with plastic wrap, and store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking and serving.

Tunsa salad placed on a green lead of lettuce sitting on a place with fresh lemon slices.

The Best Tuna Salad: This salad tastes best when made ahead of time and allowed to sit in the refrigerator. It gives the flavors a chance to mingle and makes it extra delicious.

Ranch Fire Crackers: Like the tuna salad, these taste even better the next day once the flavors settle in.

French Toast Bread Pudding with syrup pour.

French Toast Bread Pudding: Make a double batch and freeze. This casserole is great for meal prep. Just bake, allow to cool, cover and freeze. Thaw overnight in fridge, or bake from frozen.
