Quick and easy, this cheese and tomato appetizer is a great snack anytime.
Ingredients
- fresh ricotta
- blue cheese
- fresh cracked pepper
- grape tomatoes
- basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- large pinch of sea salt and pepper
- toasted bread or crackers
Instructions
- Mix fresh ricotta, blue cheese & fresh cracked pepper until smooth.
- Chop fresh grape tomatoes and basil.
- In a small bowl, add tomatoes & basil along with olive oil, lemon juice, large pinch of sea salt and pepper. Toss gently,
- Grab some toasted bread or crackers and layer on the goodness.
