Ingredients
- 12 ounces evaporated milk - 1 can
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 ½ cup half and half
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepot and cook over medium-high heat until brown sugar is melted.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Can be stored for up to 3 weeks.

I took a taste at 1/2 c of brown sugar to see if I wanted it sweeter or not which it’s perfect for me. Love it! Totally out of creamer and forgot the stores aren’t open or only selling basics for Remembrance Day. Thanks! Might just have to keep this on hand at all times. Delicious!

Your recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of vanilla, that seems like a lot. Did you mean teaspoons?

Nope, the recipe is correct. You are adding quite a bit of milk so you need the flavor of the vanilla. This is a concentrated creamer and flavors coffee beautifully!
