It may surprise you just how important the first 30 minutes of the day can be but once you get in the habit of being intentional about your morning routine, I know you’ll be a fan for life.

Homemade Coffee Creamer Questions, Answered
Just four: evaporated milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and half and half. No additives, no preservatives — just pure, rich, homemade goodness in every sip. That combination gives you the warm caramel depth of crème brûlée right in your morning cup.
Combine all four ingredients and stir until the brown sugar dissolves. That’s really it — no cooking, no fussing, about 5 minutes from start to finish. Once you taste this in your coffee, I promise you won’t reach for the store-bought bottle again.
Store it in an airtight jar or bottle in the refrigerator. It keeps well for about 7 to 10 days — just give it a good shake before each use since the ingredients can settle. A mason jar works perfectly.
Absolutely! This is a recipe I use year-round for exactly that reason. Pour it over a glass of cold brew or iced coffee and the whole drink transforms. Summer mornings got a lot better once I started making my own.

Oh and here’s my rating. Thanks again!
I took a taste at 1/2 c of brown sugar to see if I wanted it sweeter or not which it’s perfect for me. Love it! Totally out of creamer and forgot the stores aren’t open or only selling basics for Remembrance Day. Thanks! Might just have to keep this on hand at all times. Delicious!

Your recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of vanilla, that seems like a lot. Did you mean teaspoons?
Hey Barbara.
Nope, the recipe is correct. You are adding quite a bit of milk so you need the flavor of the vanilla. This is a concentrated creamer and flavors coffee beautifully!
Enjoy,
~Donya
