Step By Step Instructions
- Prepare the dough by letting it come to room temperature. While this happens, set the oven temp and brush the cookie sheet with melted butter.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or your hands to fit the cookie sheet. Brush the dough with melted butter.
- Make the topping by mixing the granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter together.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the dough, then top with the sugar crumble.
- Bake and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and drizzle over the pizza.
- Slice and dig in. Pizza night never tasted so good!
Tips For Making The Best Cinnamon Sugar Pizza
- Spread the melted butter all the way to the edges of the dough. This will help the cinnamon sugar adhere to the surface. You can also use coconut oil or another neutral oil.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon evenly across the brushed dough to ensure every bite is infused with its warm and aromatic flavor.
- Pay close attention to the baking time to achieve the perfect balance of crispy and golden crust. Overbaking can result in a dry and overly crunchy pizza, while under baking may leave the dough soft and undercooked.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before drizzling on the glaze, slicing, and serving. This gives the flavors time to marry and the crust to set.

This looks so good. Do you use think and crispy or thick pizza dough?
The thickness depends on how thin you roll it out. I just used store bought dough.
Thanks, Donya

Can wait to try this in the shape of a Christmas tree with twisted branches. I’m sure you’ve seen the pesto and spinach cream cheese versions. I think it will be very well received!

This recipe made everyone in my house happy! Quick, easy, and SO yummy. This recipe was easily adaptable for my child who has major food allergies. There’s only two pieces left and a request to make it again tomorrow.
How is the glaze made? Is the powdered sugar part of glaze or crumble?
Hey there Nichole!
Thank you so much for your interest in this recipe, I think you’re really going to like it! The powdered sugar is for the glaze, the only ingredients you’ll need for the crumble are the ones specified in step 3 of the instructions. To prepare the glaze, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a small bowl and whisk until mixture is smooth. I hope this is helpful, let me know how everything turns out!
