I made this for a competition this week (and won!), but made a few modifications. I used an additional 1 lb of diced chuck stew meat cubes and substituted 1 can of black beans for the beans you called out. I also used an additional 2 tbsp of chili powder, 2 tbsp of taco seasoning, and used turbinado sugar. I let it sit in my fridge over night to thicken and warmed it up the next day for serving. It came out great!
