Often Asked Questions

Can I make this salad ahead of time?

Yes, you sure can! It’s actually better if you let the fruit marinate in the dressing for a couple of hours before serving.

How long can I store this easy fruit salad?

You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. However, it’s best when served fresh.

Where can I find the best quality ingredients?

I like buying seasonal fresh fruit at the farmer’s market. If you are shopping at your local store, just make sure to pick fresh fruits with very few blemishes.

What To Serve With Sunshine Fruit Salad

There are so many ways to serve this salad. It’s great to pack in a lunch box for kids and makes a terrific afternoon snack.

I love serving it with Ham And Cheese Croissant Casserole, Pimento Cheese Grits, and Apple Cider Mimosas for brunch.

Of course, it’s always on the buffet at Easter, And Christmas with Brown Sugar Ham and Scalloped Potatoes.
