Sunshine Fruit Salad is so simple to make. It’s an easy recipe, that’s delicious and can be doubled or tripled when needed for potlucks, a barbecue, picnic, or holiday celebration.
- Fresh Strawberries
- Grapes – green grapes or red grapes
- Bananas
- Orange Juice
- Ground Cinnamon
- Honey
Variations And Additions
Fruit – blueberries, blackberries, peaches, apples, pineapple, oranges (save extra oranges for Glazed Orange Muffins,) mango, mandarin oranges.
Herbs like fresh mint or parsley give a lively pop of flavor.
Dressing variations – lemon juice, lime juice, vanilla, maple syrup, and sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups green grapes, cut in half if they are large
- 2 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Place washed fruit in a large bowl.
